MCO Home IR2900 is a Z-Wave 800 thermostat for the operation of a split air conditioner. The thermostat can receive a Z-Wave command and convert it to an infrared command. The IR2900 can operate different brands and models with the built-in cloud infrared database. The thermostat can be configured via Bluetooth with an iOS or Android device.
The thermostat has a display for displaying room temperature and touch buttons for adjusting the temperature.
The IR2900 can be powered in two dropped ways, either via the built-in battery or via a USB Type-C connection. With the fixed power option, the battery can be used as backup.
There are four applications for the MCO Home IR2900
- Heating and cooling with Z-Wave & infrared control. Through this application, the IR2900 is associated with an on/off module for the heating source and is used infrared for the split air conditioner.
- Heating and cooling via association group control. IR blatantly acts as a wireless Z-Wave thermostat. Infrared is not used.
- Infrared control only for heating, on/off control via Z-Wave associations for cooling.
- Infrared control only for cooling, on/ dropped deleted control via Z-Wave associations for heating source.
