All prices in the nutikodulahendused.ee e-shop are in euros and include 24% VAT. The delivery fee is shown in the shopping cart before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
- Items in stock: 1–3 working days.
- Items ordered from the supplier: up to 7 working days.
The delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment. Each product page shows whether the item is in stock or ordered from the supplier. If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you by e-mail right away, and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund if you wish.
Delivery methods
- Parcel terminal or courier – the available delivery methods and their prices are shown at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery within Estonia for orders from €100.
We deliver within Estonia only. Delivery is free for orders from €100. The carrier will notify you by text message or e-mail when your parcel has arrived.
Receiving the parcel
Please check the condition of the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, inform the carrier and us as soon as possible and take a photo of the damage. The risk passes to you when you receive the parcel.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person you have named (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If one order is delivered in several separate parcels, the period starts when you receive the last item.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period ends by e-mail to liisu@nutikodulahendused.ee. You may use the withdrawal form in our Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
Returning an item
- Send the item back no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal notice.
- Return address: Indome OÜ, Aiandi tn 13/2, 12918 Tallinn, Estonia. You can post the item or bring it to us by prior arrangement.
- The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return costs.
- Pack the item so that it is not damaged in transit. If possible, include all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.
You may examine the item before withdrawing to the same extent as you could in a shop. If the item has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. the device has been wired into an electrical installation, mounted on a wall, or the packaging is damaged so that the item can no longer be sold as new), we may reduce the refund by the amount of the diminished value.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Delivery costs are refunded up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method we offer. We use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.
Faulty items
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. Please notify us of a defect within 2 months of discovering it. The complaints procedure is described in our Terms and Conditions.
