The Aqara Presence Sensor FP1E is a presence sensor that works via Zigbee. The sensor uses advanced millimeter radar technology (mmWave) for accurate detection of people for presence. By using AI algorithm, manual error entry and machine learning, the sensor can detect better and better.
The sensor can be attached to both the wall and the ceiling.
When mounted on the wall, it can look forward 120 degrees (up to 6 meters) and even 180 degrees at a short distance. This is adjustable and can therefore detect movement on a surface of up to 35 square meters. Attached to the ceiling at a height of approximately 2.8 meters, it can see into a diameter of 8 meters for a total of 50 square meters.
